Our way, our identity

Our coaching methodology is based on valuable, modern, developmental, and professional standards as well as an integral training methodology. Our main role is to use training as a tool to elevate the game by using competition and all related activities. Our priority is to build the players’ characters, winning mentality, and teach valuable life lessons including work ethic, discipline, resilience, persistence, teamwork, selflessness, goal-setting, goal achievement, overcoming adversity, and leadership. We are also committed to establishing the club reputation related to long-term development based on the game analysis and age standards. Our competitive structure includes player classroom education, education for the coaching staff, and establishing all necessary requirements for the improvement of the competitive program.

Travel teams will be formed according to age appropriate level teams. Coaches will also be evaluating players ability and readiness for competitive soccer. If certain age appropriate teams have more players than a roster will allow, try-outs could be put in place. The Club encourages players to try out in their own age group unless playing in an older age group is in the best interest of the player, and is supported by both parents and coaches. The player selection is a fundamental approach to having a higher level of competitive teams. We are dedicated to creating an environment where players can reach their potential at a higher level of competition. The select teams training periodization and methodology of teaching is based on criteria and standards that differ from those of the teams that we already have through our travel program.

Our indoor training player development program provides an opportunity to create a relevant, coherent, and engaging environment for all players. Having clear purposes representing the club’s hopes and desires for the players is an important starting point. Purposes not only provide a reference point for decision making, but also a direction on how learning experiences are to be organized.
